EnergyHub offers three lithium ranges. BESS lithium batteries are for energy storage. Standby lithium batteries are for critical backup power in telecommunications, data centers and emergency systems. Traction lithium batteries are for forklifts, electric vehicles and other industrial vehicles. We also supply traction chargers.
Our lithium traction batteries are engineered for 3,000+ cycles with 80% capacity retention, and they can use 100% of rated capacity daily. They recharge in 1-2 hours during breaks or shift changes, with no dedicated battery room or battery change-out. They are designed as drop-in replacements for lead-acid. They also remove battery maintenance labor, and we state a lifespan of 3-5x that of lead-acid traction batteries. Compatible equipment includes Class I, II and III electric forklifts, AGVs, tow tractors and airport ground support equipment.
Yes. Our standby lithium batteries use LiFePO4 chemistry as a replacement for traditional VRLA. They have a 15+ year design life in float service, and they remove the need for quarterly maintenance, capacity testing and terminal cleaning. An integrated BMS reports voltage, temperature and state-of-health over standard protocols such as SNMP and Modbus. Applications include data center and server room UPS, telecommunications, emergency lighting, security systems, medical equipment backup and industrial PLC backup.
