Powerfit is an industrial battery brand offering reliable power solutions for material handling and other demanding applications. The Powerfit range includes the Powerfit S100 and Powerfit S300 series, which use AGM (absorbent glass mat) valve regulated lead acid technology, where the electrolyte is held in a glass mat.
Powerfit batteries in these series are maintenance-free for their entire service life, which means no water refilling, and they have a low self-discharge rate of about 3% per month at 20 °C. The Powerfit S300 is VdS certified, has a design life of 5 years at 20 °C, and uses a container material that conforms to UL 94 V-0. These batteries are designed for security and alarm systems, emergency lighting, signalling and other UPS applications where compact and reliable back-up power is key.

Powerfit Chargers
The Powerfit industrial charger is a microprocessor controlled charger that is small, robust and simple, without sacrificing quality or reliability. It recharges lead acid traction batteries in 10 to 12 hours, and in as little as 8 hours for multishift operations. Built-in protection includes a pre-charging mode that helps prevent overcharging, a pulsed equalising mode, maintenance charge, thermal cut-out and a 13 hour security timer, with a charging progress display so operators can see where the charge is. It runs from a 230V single phase or 400/230V three phase supply, and can be used from a domestic socket. We offer it at EnergyHub so customers can pair Powerfit batteries with a matching charger from one supplier, which keeps charging simple and their equipment ready for the next shift.
